5 hour pre-paid monthly plan (Usually covers 1-15 pc's and
2 printers-Parts/hardware/software not included):
Typical services performed*:
- Detect and Repair errors on your Hard Disk Drive
- Locate and Consolidate fragmented files and folders
- Free space on your Hard Disk Drive
- Monitor System Resources
- Verify System File Integrity
- Detect and prevent hardware failures
- Keep system running at top performance
- Detect and prevent storage capacity consumption
- Detect and prevent malicious activity (viral, trojans,
worms, etc…)
Monthly Service Agreement*:
- Monthly backups of key data **
- Virus Scanner-virus list update
- Security audit (worms, trojans, backdoors)
- Clean temporary files, conserve space
- General system check-up
General system check-up includes*:
- Hard Drive error checking
- Hard Drive de-fragmentation
- Monitoring/Logging available drive space
- System Resources Monitoring/Logging and Analysis
Quarterly
